The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
There is a need for more greenery in their society to enhance the environment and provide better aesthetics, promoting a healthier and more pleasant living atmosphere for all residents.

There's reliable 24/7 power backup, and the lifts are in proper working condition. The surrounding community is friendly and cooperative.
Residents in the society continue to face water issues, occasionally experiencing shortages and disruptions in supply. Challenges include inconsistent water pressure and occasional plumbing issues.

I used to live in this newly constructed society in 2020. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and public transport like buses, autos, and cabs is easily accessible. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, and consistent electricity and water supply. The society has no seepage or termite issues, good plaster and fitting, and modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained. The neighbours are very nice and friendly.
There is water logging during the rainy season, especially on the ground floor, and a lack of greenery. A foul odor sometimes comes from the area, and there are only malls nearby with no small shops. The gym and clubhouse were not open when I lived there.

The housing is so delicate and has significant area for tree planting. There are many trees that have been planted here. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every sunrise. My husband has heart issues and he also do meditation every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts exist here. My children used to play basketball here. The dwellers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several fundamental external conveniences.

This is a RERA registered project and home loans are available here. I have been living here with my family in a 3bhk flat. Honestly, the surroundings are so relaxed and soothing as well. For that reason, my husband can continue his work and my daughters too can carry on their studies from here easily. This residence also has an adequate wifi connection. So these are also the major factors of boosting this area vastly.

Bangalore is one of the driest place ever. There is a huge shortage of water that have been reported during summer. Most of the time, we face lots of lack of water which is immensely disturbing. Several potholes have been found in the internal streets of this vicinity and happened lots of road accidents also. The sewage treatment is not maintained here that's why severe waterlogging issues have been endured during monsoon.

The place has a lot of location benefits as it has a decent connection with roadways and highways. Bangalore is the major place for IT companies. My husband is an IT employee, this place will be the best choice for us because this location is quite close to his office. The transport system is very good and cabs are easily accessible anytime from here. Many popular schools and hospitals are at stone's throw distance from this place. The school of my daughters are so close to my place.
