The construction quality is top-notch with no termite issues, good plaster, and fittings. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and rules are adhered to, ensuring a well-managed environment. Garbage collection is efficient with segregation of wet and dry waste. There's uninterrupted electricity and water supply, and the neighbourhood fosters a strong sense of community with friendly neighbours who celebrate festivals together. The presence of maintained elevators and a security guard further enhances the convenience and safety of the residents. read more
