Good things here
The housing society excels in several aspects. It has excellent connectivity with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, complemented by well-maintained roads and a nearby market. The construction quality is top-notch with no termite issues, good plaster, and fittings. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and rules are adhered to, ensuring a well-managed environment. Garbage collection is efficient with segregation of wet and dry waste. There's uninterrupted electricity and water supply, and the neighbourhood fosters a strong sense of community with friendly neighbours who celebrate festivals together. The presence of maintained elevators and a security guard further enhances the convenience and safety of the residents.
Things need improvement
One downside is the issue with seepage in some areas of the society, which requires attention for maintenance. Additionally, amenities such as a park, swimming pool, greenery, garden, and club are not available, which limits recreational and social opportunities for residents.

Good things here
The locality of the society is excellent, situated in a prime area with multiple hospitals, schools, malls, and restaurants nearby. Public transport options like metro, auto, and cabs are easily accessible. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with regular garbage collection and upkeep of amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids play area. Residents are friendly and well-educated, making it a great place to live overall.
Things need improvement
The main issue with this society is the presence of a sewage problem on the road, making the area unpleasant and inconvenient for residents.

This includes proximity to public transportation options, major roads, and ease of commuting to and from the location.

There is no gym and swimming pool in the society. The amenities are not provided very well.
