Pulbic transport nearby hai. grocery shop and sabji markets nearby walking distance pe hai. garbage colletion on time rehti hai. lift ki maintainance bhi bilkul time pe hoti hai. plumber and electrician society ke andaar reheti hai. festival sare celebrate karte hai.
Things need improvement
Society bohot jada costly hai, toh afford karna muskil hota hai. maintennace aur thoda improve kar ho sakti hai. society ki beutification thoda aur ho sakti hai.

Festival sare celebrate hoti hai. people bohot helpful hai. amenitis sare hai and achhe se maintain hoti hai. ventilation bohot achhi hai. public transport easy to cath hai office jane ke liye. garbage collection daily hoti hai. security bohot achhi hai.

Water quality bohot bekar hai kiunki, khara paani ata hai toh water filter and electronic saman kharab hoti hai. maintanance aur thoda improve ho sakti hai.

Good things here
Being in a prime location, transportation is never an issue. Public transport like autos, rickshaws, and buses are available at all times. Nearby, there are hospital, malls, markets, and schools for children. The quality of the roads is top-notch, and parking is allotted for everyone, so there are no parking issues. Maintenance, including garbage collection, is always on time. The lifts and CCTV cameras work perfectly, and the security guards are diligent. The construction quality is fantastic, and there's no lack of ventilation. There are a total of 50 flats in the society, and everyone is friendly. All the amenities one would expect in a society, like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and playground, are available, and they are well-maintained. Neighbors are friendly, and cultural events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
There's really no need for any improvement here; the society is excellent, and I'm very happy to live here. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to live here. I've lived in many societies before, but I've never seen one as good as this.

Good things here
Public transportation is easily available nearby. Vegetable markets, grocery shops, and malls are all nearby. All amenities are available and well-maintained. Ventilation in each flat is excellent.
Things need improvement
People who rent are very troubled because there is water leakage from their bathrooms, but they never complain to the owner. We have to do everything ourselves.

Maintenance bekar hai kiunki bohot jaldi jaldi lift kharab ho jati hai toh humain hohot haras honi padti hai. seepage ka bhi bohot jada problem hai. visitors parking nahi hai.

Good things here
I like that public transport like buses and autos is easily available, autos and cabs are readily accessible, garbage is segregated and properly disposed of, elevators are installed and well-maintained, parking is available, there is a metro facility nearby, power supply is reliable with no power cuts, each house has its own UPS system for additional power backup, ventilation in the flats is good making them airy, the gym has all necessary amenities, CCTV cameras and security personnel ensure safety, and the people in the community are good and friendly.
Things need improvement
I dislike that roads are a problem with a roundabout and a 1 km distance to the main road from the apartment, using a private vehicle is challenging due to the road conditions, there is a water shortage this year which is unusual given the last 10 years, power backup in the community only supports one light and one fan, and some flats in the society have seepage issues.

Mall , super market banraha hai. under developing area hai. security kuchh khas nahi hai, kiunki CCTV camera work nahi karti. security guard attentive nahi hai.
