Abundant greenery enhances the aesthetics of the society, while well-maintained amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, badminton court, and kids playground add to the overall quality of life. The residents are known for their friendliness and cooperation, coming together to celebrate festivals as a family, creating a joyful and inclusive atmosphere in the society.

The security features are robust, and the elevators are well-maintained for residents' convenience. Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities within the society premises, including gyms, a clubhouse, a garden area, a children's play area, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a squash court, and badminton courts. Ample parking options are available, and the flats are thoughtfully designed with good ventilation, featuring spacious balconies and windows.

Maintenance charges are around 4000-5000 rupees in the society, due to the increased costs of water tank maintenance. Metro stations are available around 2 kilometers away from the area. Public transport stations, like bus stops, are also available around 2-3 kilometers from the society, making it very convenient.

Transportation is convenient with easy access to autos and cabs, basement parking is available, there are two elevators, ventilation is good, garbage is collected regularly, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. CCTV and security are also present, and some people are supportive.

There is traffic near the society, maintenance is just okay, the builder's ongoing construction for a bigger commercial property might lead to overcrowding, parking paint hasn't been done, there is groupism among people, some work is pending, the builder needs to improve quality, and the construction work covered with color sheets looks weird.

The location of the society is excellent because it is situated on the main road, making everything easily accessible. There are several schools, medical shops, clinics, supermarkets, and bus stops conveniently located within a radius of 1km. The maintenance of the society is also excellent, with on-time garbage collection, daily floor cleaning, and 24/7 water supply. The security of the society is also commendable, with friendly staff. The elevators are always functional, and undergoing regular inspections. There are excellent amenities available within the society, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play areas, and various outdoor game facilities. Additionally, the flats have well-designed balconies for good ventilation.
