It is in Thane's city centre. There is nothing lacking in this housing society. It is close to the train station, and buses and auto rickshaws are conveniently accessible. I live in a 980 sq.ft apartment here. One of the best things here is that even single girls are allowed to rent or purchase apartments. Everyone is very friendly. There is plenty of parking. It is a safer neighbourhood because there are so many eating establishments and so many people in the area. Nearby gyms are also available.

The way of living here is fantastic. no transportation problems. The daily necessities shops are close by. There are numerous schools close by, so there are no problems with school. There are hospitals nearby. There is access to street lighting. A morning walk along the lake is possible nearby.
