I live in a 980 sq.ft apartment here. One of the best things here is that even single girls are allowed to rent or purchase apartments. Everyone is very friendly. There is plenty of parking. It is a safer neighbourhood because there are so many eating establishments and so many people in the area. Nearby gyms are also available.

The way of living here is fantastic. no transportation problems. The daily necessities shops are close by. There are numerous schools close by, so there are no problems with school. There are hospitals nearby. There is access to street lighting. A morning walk along the lake is possible nearby.

The housing project is a single tower so there are less than 30 apartments here. Also, the people living here are welll-behaved and mostly employed. Ideally situated 1.5 kilometres from Thane station and 0.2 kilometres from the Eastern Express Recently, the region has transformed into a popular dining destination thanks to Udupi eateries and concept restaurants. Schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and gyms are close by.
