Integrated power backup is available in society so that there are no power cuts. Water quality is also pure and contamination free.

Things need improvement

Wet and dry waste are not collected seperately, it's collected together. Lifts stops working all the time. During construction there was a major functional issue with the lifts. Water quality is very hard and dirty at times. The society is quite old and plaster is not long lasting, the society should take care of it. There is a lot of damp, seepage issues. Amenities are peoperly not maintained. Swimming pool is still not working. Very fast security guards are changed for which this creates a major communication issue. Pets makes the society very dirty, Stray dogs comes inside and also make the society dirty they even comes to bite the children.

Good things here

I find the maintenance services in our society to be quite good. The property is well-maintained, cleanliness is upheld, and garbage collection is done on time. Additionally, I appreciate that the lifts are properly maintained, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Furthermore, I've found the people in the society to be friendly and cooperative, contributing to a positive and supportive community atmosphere.

I've noticed that while there are several amenities available in our society, they are mainly geared towards younger children, such as the basketball court and the park designated for skating. However, for older children like mine, who are around 10-11 years old, there are limited activities available within the society. This means I often have to take them outside for activities, which is not always convenient. It would be better if there were activities suitable for older children, aged around 10 to 15 years. Another concern is the connectivity of our society. It is located at the far end of the area, so public transport, especially autos, is not readily available. Additionally, reaching the metro station requires covering a considerable distance. This connectivity issue poses a challenge for residents, especially when it comes to commuting. Additionally, I've observed that the construction quality of the buildings is not up to par. The materials tend to deteriorate quickly, and the paint quality is substandard, leading to frequent maintenance issues.

Separate collection of wet and dry waste promotes environmental sustainability. Balconies and well-ventilated rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment. With facilities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area available within the society, residents have access to recreational amenities. Reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, along with the presence of CCTV cameras and good security measures, provide peace of mind. Elevators functioning properly further adds to the convenience of living here. The understanding and friendly atmosphere within the community, along with the absence of pet-related issues, foster a harmonious living environment.

The construction quality issues in our society have been a major concern for me. It's been causing the walls to deteriorate and plasters to come off, leading to frequent seepage and leakage problems.

Good things here

The road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. CCTV are installed all over the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together.

Things need improvement

There are a lot of concerns from builder's end. Most of the times public transport are not available, personal car has to be used for travelling. Most of the time elevators are not maintained and maintenance is not done on time. The construction quality of the buildings are not good as it is old. seapage and leakage issues has happened a lot. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Security is a major concern as stray dog issues are happenning a lot. Even pet related issues are also faced. Sometimes traffic issues are also faced. Water quality and maintenance is poor. All Amenities like swimmingpool, park, club house are available in the society, but amenities are not at all maintained.

The maintenance of our society is generally good, although we encountered significant issues with seepage when we first moved in, indicating poor construction quality. However, after repairs were made, we haven't experienced any further seepage problems. Unfortunately, one of the lifts in the society is consistently under maintenance, which can be inconvenient for residents. In terms of amenities, I believe that a swimming pool, which is commonly found in other societies, should be included in ours as well to enhance the overall quality of life for residents. Additionally, I find the charges for using the club house to be excessively high. This poses a challenge for residents, especially for small functions, as the fees are beyond our budget constraints. I believe the charges should be more reasonable to allow all residents to utilize the club house for various functions when needed.

There is no hospital nearby the society which is very necessary. There are also no malls nearby the society. Metro station is a bit far from the society.

Good things here

I'm really fortunate to be living in such a wonderful society. The size of the units here is quite spacious, allowing for ample room to move around comfortably. The ventilation is excellent, ensuring fresh air circulates throughout the space. I'm particularly impressed with how well-maintained everything is. Garbage collection is always done on time, and the surroundings are kept clean, which adds to the overall appeal of the place. One of the highlights of living here is the availability of amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden. They're not only accessible but also impeccably maintained, making it a joy to use them. Moreover, the people in the society are friendly and welcoming, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Things need improvement

I find my society to be great overall, but there are a couple of things that I think could be improved. One of them is the absence of a petrol pump nearby. It would be really convenient to have one within easy reach for refueling, especially for those times when I need to travel longer distances or run errands. Another aspect that I believe needs improvement is the lack of a hospital within walking distance or within a kilometer.

Good things here

Society ka maintenance theek hai, power back up theek se mil raha hai. Cleanliness acha hai society ka. Location acchi hai society ki, connectivity badiya hai, metro se connected hai paas mein, 2km door hai bas metro. Mall - market sab paas mein hain. Safety features hain sab society mein. Intercom system hain yahan. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool , parks, playground all are available. Lifts bhi hai society mein. Log limited hain aur acche rehte hain. No waterlogging issues as such.

Minor seepage/leakage toh rehta hi hai. Balcony choti hai flats mein, thoda aur bada hona chahiye tha.
