Things need improvement
Wet and dry waste are not collected seperately, it's collected together.
Lifts stops working all the time. During construction there was a major functional issue with the lifts.
Water quality is very hard and dirty at times.
The society is quite old and plaster is not long lasting, the society should take care of it. There is a lot of damp, seepage issues.
Amenities are peoperly not maintained. Swimming pool is still not working.
Very fast security guards are changed for which this creates a major communication issue.
Pets makes the society very dirty, Stray dogs comes inside and also make the society dirty they even comes to bite the children. read more
