Booking and using cabs and Uber for connectivity is incredibly convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible within 100-200 meters from the society, and there's also a nearby metro station within walking distance. Amenities such as the gym are highly valued within the community. The residents are very responsive, and maintenance across all aspects is good. Every amenity in the society is not only valuable but also well-maintained. Additionally, lift maintenance is top-notch.
The maintenance charges in the society are approximately 5000 rupees per month. However, it's inconvenient that amenities like swimming pools and clubhouses are not available. Facilities such as grocery stores and vegetable markets are present but are a bit distant from the society. Similarly, hospitals are also quite far, around 3-4 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient in case of emergencies. Additionally, the traffic outside the society adds to the inconvenience.

In this society, there is excellent connectivity. Within walking distance, there is a bus stop around a 5-minute walk away, and the metro station is just in front of the society. The railway station is around 200 meters from the society. Grocery items are also available within walking distance. The maintenance of the society is good; there are no problems with the water supply, and cleaning and everyday garbage collection services are efficient due to the good association. The construction design of the society is excellent, with good ventilation. There is a lift, and the staircase is well-maintained. A security guard is available 24/7, and there is a small park within the society.
There are no major amenities within the society, such as a gym or swimming pool. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is below par due to the building being isolated.

Society was well-connected everything was easily accessible like autos, cabs, and cars. This society is so much concerned about cleanliness, and garbage collection. They have all the amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and garden area, well functional. The hospital and market area are near by.
The paint factory is located behind the society from which the smell of ethanol frequently emanates. Because of this, we have to keep our windows shut. and the second problem is there are a lot of rats in this society and sometimes we also face the issue of seepage otherwise society is great in terms of cleanliness, and maintenance. and one more thing people are also not that much friendly to each other.

The apartment is spacious and conveniently located near public transport, supermarkets, and shopping malls. Additionally, there are no issues with leakage in the walls, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents.
Our neighborhood needs better security. We should have things like CCTV cameras to watch over everything and make sure everyone is safe and protected.

This is a well-connected society because it is situated on the main road and there is a metro station just 700 meters from the main gate, and the bus stop is conveniently located opposite the society. Several supermarkets and vegetable shops are situated within walking distance of the society. The maintenance services provided by the society are satisfactory; there are no issues with the water supply, and all flats have good power backup systems. The overall structure of the society is excellent, offering ample ventilation inside the rooms. Additionally, there are a few amenities available such as a small kids' play area and gym. The society's security is decent, with a good number of staff.
I moved out of this society around three years ago. During my time there, maintenance facilities were lacking. Daily garbage collection and cleaning were not up to standard. There were minor leakages in the washrooms. Amenities such as the gym, located on the top floor, were small and could only accommodate 5 to 10 members. The children's play area was also small, around 50 square meters. Additionally, parking space was insufficient.

The metro connection is near the society, within a radius of 200 meters. Public transportation is also accessible with a walkable distance from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste in the society. The cleaning of the society is very good.
The method of water supply seems inconvenient. Moreover, the construction quality is lacking, evident from the leakages and seepages issues. Additionally, the facilities are quite distant from the society, around half a kilometer away. The presence of a metro line in front of the society may cause traffic issues and contribute to pollution in the area. These concerns need to be addressed to improve the living conditions for residents.

The neighborhood has easy access to different types of transportation - trains, buses, autos, and taxis. It's a gated society with decent amenities like backup, CCTVs in common areas, gym and water supply.
Maintenance is not up to the mark, sometimes there is a delay in addressing and resolving issues.
