Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are very good, and there is power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect waste daily and keep the society clean. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity is excellent and easily available if we book a cab or an Uber. Public transportation buses are available within a walkable distance from the society, which is very convenient. There is a party hall in the society for various occasions, which is very convenient. Hospitals are available nearby, around 2 km from the society. read more

The construction quality is very poor; there are some minor issues in the society like seepages. Maintenance costs are expensive in the society. Visitor parking is available but has very limited space, allowing only 3-4 cars in the society. read more

Good things here
Ola and Uber are easily available, making commuting very convenient. The maintenance is top-notch, with garbage picked up on time and the society always clean. The construction quality is excellent�there are no signs of water logging or cracks, and the buildings are in great shape even though the society is only 5 years old. We have fantastic amenities, including a gym, playground, yoga room, and a swimming pool, which enhance our lifestyle. Our neighbors are cooperative and friendly, and we celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi together every year read more

While the society has many positives, I do feel that some minor improvements could be made. The occasional noise from nearby traffic can be a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, while the amenities are great, the gym could benefit from more equipment during peak hours. Despite these small issues, overall, it's a good place to live. read more
