Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are very good, and there is power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect waste daily and keep the society clean. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity is excellent and easily available if we book a cab or an Uber. Public transportation buses are available within a walkable distance from the society, which is very convenient. There is a party hall in the society for various occasions, which is very convenient. Hospitals are available nearby, around 2 km from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor; there are some minor issues in the society like seepages. Maintenance costs are expensive in the society. Visitor parking is available but has very limited space, allowing only 3-4 cars in the society.

The connectivity in the society is very good, with ample availability of cabs and autos. The water facility is excellent, and there is also power backup. The garbage collection system is very good, as they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas are all available and well-maintained. The parking space is spacious, and there is also visitor parking available. The people in the society are very nice. There are hospitals close to the society, providing good emergency services. A new Apollo Hospital is also being built nearby, which will be a great addition. The greenery is very well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There is a traffic issue outside the society. The society doesn't have a Manjeera water connection, so it would be good to get that set up. Buses are available but are quite far, around 1-2 km away, which is inconvenient.

Ola and Uber are easily available, making commuting very convenient. The maintenance is top-notch, with garbage picked up on time and the society always clean. The construction quality is excellent�there are no signs of water logging or cracks, and the buildings are in great shape even though the society is only 5 years old. We have fantastic amenities, including a gym, playground, yoga room, and a swimming pool, which enhance our lifestyle. Our neighbors are cooperative and friendly, and we celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi together every year
Things need improvement
While the society has many positives, I do feel that some minor improvements could be made. The occasional noise from nearby traffic can be a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, while the amenities are great, the gym could benefit from more equipment during peak hours. Despite these small issues, overall, it's a good place to live.

Inconvenient connectivity with cabs and autos, coupled with waterlogging on roads during rain, presents challenges.
