1. Prime residential property with close proximity to multiple schools, restaurants and shopping area. 2. Peaceful locality, being a BDA property roads are wide and maintained well. 3. Ample Cauvery water supply coupled with own Borewell water. 4. Very close to Metro station, Bus stations and other public transport. 5. Safe and Secured layout with regular police patrolling additionally. read more

No, there is no shortage of water in my area .The school, malls and restaurants are easily accessible in the locality .The quality of roads are very good and traffic problem has been over in my locality. There is no clogging in my locality. No,there is no crime history in my neighborhood. I feel safe and my family feels safe at night in the locality. read more
