CCTV cameras and lifts are present. Swimming pools and gyms are available. Neighbours are sweet. All the cultural events and functions are celebrated together in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Metro station is 5-6 kms away from the society and residents have to take autos or cabs to reach there. Seepage issues are rare but not negligible. read more

Good things here

There were cabs readily available for transportation, and public transport was accessible within a 1km radius of the society. The society had amenities like a gym, clubhouses, and open areas for children, offering recreational facilities. People were friendly, and I used to connect with others on the same floor. However, I wasn't very involved in cultural programs as I was busy with work in the office. read more

The society features a well-maintained lift that is available for use. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Additionally, the parks and greenery in the society are well-maintained. read more

Their maintenance is much worse compared to ours. The construction quality is very poor in their society. Furthermore, the facilities are not satisfactory given the expenses. They have easy access to autos and buses for short-distance travel, highlighting their concern about connectivity. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. read more
