Good things here
CCTV cameras and lifts are present. Swimming pools and gyms are available. Neighbours are sweet. All the cultural events and functions are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro station is 5-6 kms away from the society and residents have to take autos or cabs to reach there. Seepage issues are rare but not negligible.

Good things here
There were cabs readily available for transportation, and public transport was accessible within a 1km radius of the society. The society had amenities like a gym, clubhouses, and open areas for children, offering recreational facilities. People were friendly, and I used to connect with others on the same floor. However, I wasn't very involved in cultural programs as I was busy with work in the office.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby metro could potentially impact commuting convenience. Seepage issues suggest potential maintenance concerns that need addressing. Limited participation in cultural programs was due to office work commitments.

Good things here
The society features a well-maintained lift that is available for use. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Additionally, the parks and greenery in the society are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Their maintenance is much worse compared to ours. The construction quality is very poor in their society. Furthermore, the facilities are not satisfactory given the expenses. They have easy access to autos and buses for short-distance travel, highlighting their concern about connectivity.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.

All the things are well and fine in society, nothing to highlight about any issues in society.

There is no weak walls in the society. The renovation is going on in society. Play area is available for kids. All cultural events happend while a month.

Roads and transportation is very good inside and outside of the society.people are very helpful and good.

Painting is being done after 12 years. seepage problem,termites are there.water logging in parking street dogs.

The society is equipped with CCTVs and elevators for added security and convenience. The construction quality of buildings is good, with no seepage or leakage issues. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and playground are available. People are friendly and cooperative, celebrating all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate to hear about the inconvenience caused by stray dogs in the society. It's important to keep raising the issue with the management until a solution is found.

Good things here
On the positive side, the society boasted good connectivity for transportation facilities. During the majority of my time spent there, which coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, the managing committee was attentive and helpful. Online delivery services were available, ensuring convenience. Additionally, the water supply was sufficient, and the security system was effective.
Things need improvement
My experience was quite unpleasant due to numerous issues within the society. The infrastructure was notably poor, and the swimming pool lacked privacy as it was situated in an open area. Furthermore, there was a lack of nearby supermarkets, adding to the inconvenience. Maintenance facilities were also subpar.

Good things here
The construction quality of the building does not have any issue. Seepage, leakage or water logging do not happen. Clubhouses, swimming pools and gyms are present. Society is neat and neighbours are helpful.
Things need improvement
The roads near to the society are very dirty. Sometimnes stray dogs enter inside the society and bite children which create a lack of safety in the society. Metro station is not near to the society.

Good things here
The maintenance team here is excellent, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, the nearby public transport options are very convenient. And, I must say, the construction quality is quite commendable as well.
Things need improvement
During the summer, there are frequent power outages, and unfortunately, there are no backup power facilities available to mitigate these interruptions.
