Any issues that arise are swiftly resolved, thanks to the efficient management team. CCTV cameras ensure security, and the lifts function flawlessly, without any major issues. The construction quality of the society is excellent, with no issues like seepage or leakage. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are all well-maintained and enjoyable. Open spaces abound, offering residents a chance to enjoy nature and relax. The sense of community here is unparalleled; everyone is friendly, cooperative, and helpful, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, causing inconvenience at times. Security personnel are sometimes impolite and ineffective, highlighting the need for improvement in this area. Waterlogging problems, particularly during the rainy season, persist both inside and outside the society due to poor drainage infrastructure. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues.
