The management of the society is top-notch; everything from garbage collection to cleanliness is meticulously maintained. Any issues that arise are swiftly resolved, thanks to the efficient management team. CCTV cameras ensure security, and the lifts function flawlessly, without any major issues. The construction quality of the society is excellent, with no issues like seepage or leakage. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are all well-maintained and enjoyable. Open spaces abound, offering residents a chance to enjoy nature and relax. The sense of community here is unparalleled; everyone is friendly, cooperative, and helpful, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. And with many residents owning pets, it's heartwarming to see that the society is pet-friendly. Water logging and network issues are unheard of, and even paintings are done on time
While our neighborhood certainly has its strengths, there are a few areas where we could see some improvements. The construction quality, while generally good, had previous leakage issues that have since been addressed, indicating proactive management and upkeep. Some areas could be improved to enhance resident satisfaction. While the connectivity is excellent, there are no green spaces or gardens within the society premises, which limits outdoor recreational opportunities for residents. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, all conveniently situated just outside the society. Our location on the main road ensures easy access and visibility. Fortunately, we haven't encountered any significant electricity issues in the society. Additionally, the residents here are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events in a harmonious atmosphere.
Connectivity in the society is mediocre, with limited availability of public transport like autos and cabs within walking distance. Narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, causing inconvenience at times. Unfortunately, the society's cleanliness and hygiene standards are inconsistent, with issues such as inadequate maintenance by assigned sweepers. Security personnel are sometimes impolite and ineffective, highlighting the need for improvement in this area. Waterlogging problems, particularly during the rainy season, persist both inside and outside the society due to poor drainage infrastructure. Timely painting and installation of CCTV in common areas are also lacking.

The which I like about this society is that public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are good. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. The ventilation is proper, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
The things which could be improved is that there is only a small garden, and no other amenities. Apart from that, everything is in perfect condition and I don't face any issues.

The society lacks modern amenities, which is a downside. Additionally, there's an issue with seepage in the flats during the rainy season. Moreover, the lack of nearby metro and bus stops means residents have to travel 2 km to reach them, which can be inconvenient.

All festivals are celebrated. Ventilation is proper, with good sunlight and airflow. Garbage collection is done on time. The lights and fan inside the lift are properly maintained. Autos, metro, buses, and cabs are all available nearby.
There are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, parking area, playground, or garden. The nearby market is somewhat limited. Late-night public transportation is not available.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society, connectivity of the society is very good nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The people of the socieety is very good, they are friendly, educated and cooperative with esch other.
As such amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids, park are not available in the society.

We have easy access to buses, taxis, and the metro. There are markets nearby on the main road. Traffic isn't a problem, and there's no waterlogging here. Plus, every room has a balcony!
Society ke bahar ek bada slum area tha vaha pr hamesha raat me 10 - 11 baje k baad zhagada hota raheta tha. bohot noise hota tha. society ke gate ke bahar hi auto drivers auto park karte the our kabhi kabhi auto me baith kr alcohal (daru) bhi pite the. location society ka accha nhi tha road ke starting me hi ek tabela tha our shops bhi the bohot sare. koi bhi modern amenities nhi thi society me.

Overall my living experience in that society was great,it has good connectivity with local transport and public transport facilities. Society was very well maintained and neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society. Build quality was excellent not any kind of defects.
There no as such amenities in the society builder has delivered only semi amenities in this society,there is no swimming pool and big garden area in the society.

The metro station is not operational yet, but it is under construction. When it becomes operational, it will be within a 7-8 minute walking distance. Autos and buses are available near the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. The people are nice. Pets are allowed in the society; just a few formalities need to be completed. Sufficient parking is available for residents. Flats have balconies. Security apps are used for security
No modern amenities are available in the society yet. The structure for the gym has been built, and tracks are being constructed for walking. There is no swimming pool. There is no parking available for visitors; they have to park outside, and that too is limited. There is heavy traffic on the main road.
