Connectivity via cabs and autos is very good for e-book downloads in the society. Power backup is reliable, and garbage collection is excellent with daily doorstep service. . Maintenance charges are reasonable. A hospital is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and facilities like grocery stores available within a convenient 200 meters. Additionally, there is a university college located 1 kilometer away. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor in the society. There are numerous leaks and seepage issues that are very inconvenient. Additionally, there is a lack of proper drainage, which causes inconvenience. Building quality is also very bad in the society. Hospitals are located approximately 16 kilometers away from the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and others are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is also a lot of street litter in the society, which is unsightly and inconvenient. The security guards are not effectively managing the situation. read more
