Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is very good for e-book downloads in the society. Power backup is reliable, and garbage collection is excellent with daily doorstep service. . Maintenance charges are reasonable. A hospital is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and facilities like grocery stores available within a convenient 200 meters. Additionally, there is a university college located 1 kilometer away.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor in the society. There are numerous leaks and seepage issues that are very inconvenient. Additionally, there is a lack of proper drainage, which causes inconvenience. Building quality is also very bad in the society. Hospitals are located approximately 16 kilometers away from the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and others are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is also a lot of street litter in the society, which is unsightly and inconvenient. The security guards are not effectively managing the situation.

The people around us are friendly and cooperative. Our management organizes various festivals together, including Bathukamma, Bonalu, Diwali, Holi, Independence Day, Republic Day, and Ganesh Puja. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and a hospital all within 1 km. The roads are well-maintained, and there is ample parking space available. Daily maintenance ensures cleanliness with regular garbage collection. We benefit from uninterrupted 24/7 water and power supply, while the elevator operates smoothly. The rooms are well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living environment overall.
Things need improvement
The society lacks street lights, which significantly affects nighttime visibility and safety for residents. This is a pressing concern that requires immediate attention and resolution.

Connectivity via cabs and Uber is easy and convenient if we book through Ola or Uber in this society. The area is very safe and peaceful. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is reliable. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or dampness in this society. Maintenance care is reasonable. Hospitals are conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance, which is very convenient. Parking is spacious in the society. There is also a designated visitor parking area.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, and kids' parks are not available in this society, which is inconvenient. Maintenance should be improved outside the society.

Connectivity is great, with easy access to the metro, railway station, and airport. The amenities are well-maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and parks, which enhance the living experience.
Things need improvement
The lift continues to break down frequently, which is a major inconvenience. Cleaning and garbage collection services are inadequate, leading to unhygienic conditions. Maintenance is poor, with problems like seepage, leakage, cracks, and infestations of cockroaches and termites. The CCTV system is not working, which raises concerns about security.

Good things here
Cabs , autos and public transport are easily available . No issues regarding leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply with functional lifts and garbage collection. People in the society are quite social, they celebrate all the festivals together . Good security and parking facilities make the life here more comfortable .
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society but all other amenities like gym , clubhouse and park are available and they all are well maintained and functional. No other issues in the society regarding anything at all.

Good things here
My flat has good ventilation and receives plenty of sunlight. The residents are cooperative. Autos and buses are easily accessible, and the connectivity is good. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society is 24 years old, so there are issues with leakage and seepage. There are no modern amenities. There is no greenery in the society. There is an issue with drinking water as there is no borewell, so we depend on Manjeeri water and tankers. Festivals are not celebrated much.

There was a significant issue with leakage and seepage in the flat. The society had modern amenities, but they were not fully operational. Maintenance charges in the society were comparatively high.
