The roads are in great condition, enhancing my overall ease of travel. With schools, hospitals, and markets just around the corner, my daily life is incredibly convenient. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, and there are no issues with termites. My home has proper ventilation, and the plaster and fittings are of high quality. I have designated parking, with strict rules that everyone follows to ensure order. Regular garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste keeps our environment clean and green. I enjoy a reliable supply of electricity and water, and the modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. My neighbors are incredibly friendly, and we celebrate each festival together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The connectivity of the is very good, public transportations are easily available outside. There are nearby malls, markets, schools and hospitals which are available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play ground for kids ard park are available. The society hygine is maintained and kept clean. There are no network issues faced inside the society. There are no o street dog issues that are faced inside the premises of the society. People in the society are very nice, they are cooperative and friendly, all the cultural festivals are celebrated together. The construction quality is average as seapage leakage issues happen but that issues are rarely faced Painting is not done on time, painting is done once after 10 to 12 years RWA is not good There is a lot drainage issues that are faced during the rainy season, water logging issues are faced outside and inside the society the roads gets filled with water read more
