Good things here
Living here has been an extraordinary experience for me. The convenience of having a metro station nearby makes commuting a breeze, and the excellent connectivity ensures that buses, autos, and cabs are always easily available. The roads are in great condition, enhancing my overall ease of travel. With schools, hospitals, and markets just around the corner, my daily life is incredibly convenient. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, and there are no issues with termites. My home has proper ventilation, and the plaster and fittings are of high quality. I have designated parking, with strict rules that everyone follows to ensure order. Regular garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste keeps our environment clean and green. I enjoy a reliable supply of electricity and water, and the modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. My neighbors are incredibly friendly, and we celebrate each festival together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The elevators are installed and well-maintained, and our security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and security guards available 24/7.
Things need improvement
However, the seepage issue is a major problem that disrupts the quality of living. It�s frustrating and needs urgent attention. Additionally, some pet owners are extremely inconsiderate, neglecting to follow the rules, which results in an unclean environment and noise disturbances. This lack of responsibility is really disappointing and affects the overall harmony of the community.

Upholding cleanliness and adhering to proper hygiene standards within our community is a source of personal pride for me. I place great value on the efficient and timely collection of garbage services. The convenient accessibility of public transportation options, such as autos and cabs, significantly enhances my daily commute. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores simplify my errands and make them hassle-free. The presence of ample parking space within our society is a welcome convenience. I find comfort in the absence of seepage, leakage, or ventilation issues within my apartment. Engaging in activities at the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse adds depth to my leisure time. The knowledge that we have a dependable security system, complete with vigilant security guards and CCTV cameras, brings me peace of mind. Navigating our building is effortless thanks to the consistently well-maintained elevators. I am grateful for the swift resolution of any community issues that may arise. Everything here is absolutely well maintained and updated, in our society convenience is unparalleled with schools, hospitals, and markets right at our doorstep. The construction quality is exceptional, providing us with peace of mind knowing our homes are built to last. There's no trace of seepage or termite issues here. Our living spaces are refreshing and well-ventilated, thanks to superior construction, plasterwork, and fittings. Every resident enjoys designated parking spots, and 24/7 security with CCTV surveillance ensures safety is never a concern. Our wonderful neighbors have become like family, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every festival feels like a grand celebration. Additionally, modern amenities such as the gym and clubhouse are impeccably maintained, adding the final touch to an already perfect living situation.

I don't think there's anything for improvement. Here everything seems to be well-maintained, and the rules are followed properly. Even if I have any problem or issue it gets solved very fast and quickly.

Good things here
The connectivity of the is very good, public transportations are easily available outside. There are nearby malls, markets, schools and hospitals which are available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play ground for kids ard park are available. The society hygine is maintained and kept clean. There are no network issues faced inside the society. There are no o street dog issues that are faced inside the premises of the society. People in the society are very nice, they are cooperative and friendly, all the cultural festivals are celebrated together. Individual parking space is available in the society The water supply and water quality is good in the society
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average as seapage leakage issues happen but that issues are rarely faced Painting is not done on time, painting is done once after 10 to 12 years RWA is not good There is a lot drainage issues that are faced during the rainy season, water logging issues are faced outside and inside the society the roads gets filled with water

Our society is well-maintained and clean, promoting a healthy living environment with effective waste management. We rarely encounter water or electricity issues. Facilities like a gym, clubhouse, and children's play area are available within our society. Security is ensured with CCTV cameras, security guards, and apps. The community is friendly and cooperative, uniting for cultural events and festivals.
Things need improvement
I've noticed traffic issues around our society, which are inconvenient and potentially hazardous. It's disappointing to experience seepage issues and realize that our society's construction quality is not up to standard. I wish we had a swimming pool available within our society.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of metro nearby. Schools and hospitals are closed by. Market areas are also available nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with proper cleanliness and water supply. CCTVs and security guards are present. There are no water logging issues. Residents are friendly and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
There are a few traffic issues nearby which causes inconvenience. The construction quality of the society is average with some bad wall plaster issues.

There are plenty of amenities available, including a swimming pool, gym, kids' playground, banquet hall, and even a temple nearby. The basement parking ensures ample space for cars, and there's a grocery store nearby. The community here is great, and safety is ensured with CCTV cameras. There's no noise pollution, and water shortage or power backup issues are non-existent. Overall, everything you need is readily available, including public transport options.

Market society ke bahar hi hai toh door nahi jaana padta smaan lene. all amenities are available in the society, water system in the society is managed well, power backup and water backup proper hai yhan, the society have its own metro exit/entry gate just for the residents of the society.
Things need improvement
The area around the society is very congested itni bheed hoti hai toh getting in and out is not at all easy. society's maintenance fee is also a bit on the higher side.
