Good things here

We have a good security system with 10 security guards, and every block has CCTV cameras. Unknown people are not allowed without residents' permission. Maintenance is excellent with good power backup and water supply. Cleaning is well-managed, and garbage is collected on time. The lifts are well-functioning. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are theaters, bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals. The road conditions are good, with working street lights and ample parking space. The people are friendly and cooperative. read more

A few houses in their society are experiencing seepage issues, causing inconvenience for the affected residents and requiring prompt repairs to maintain the overall quality of living. read more
