Good things here

Connectivty like cabs and autos are easily available in the society , water supply is very good, power supply also available. Other facilities are very good, they include convenience and safety in the vicinity. Hospitals are available within close proximity. Maintenance staff is very good, ensuring a clean environment. Greenery in the area is sufficient. The location is very good and secure. People are very friendly and approachable, making it a great place to live. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor, and there are no steps or other amenities in the vicinity. Because it is an old building, around 30 years old, there are issues in the site. Amenities like the swimming pool and gym are not maintained well, and the kids' play area needs attention. Maintenance costs are expensive. Parking is a concern in this society as there is no parking for some people, which is very inconvenient. read more

Good things here

I really appreciate the convenience of living here, especially with the excellent connectivity and easy access to buses, autos, and cabs all day long. Having a hospital and market nearby makes life so much easier. The construction quality is superb, no leaks or termite problems, and the ventilation is great throughout the apartments. It's reassuring to have designated parking and see everyone following the community rules. The regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, keeps things tidy. And I love having amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool so well-maintained. Plus, my neighbours are fantastic, educated, friendly, and always respectful. read more

The construction quality is good, providing comfortable and spacious living spaces with adequate ventilation and natural light. The excellent gym and swimming pool facilities are fantastic for staying active and relaxed. Transportation is convenient with autos and cabs readily available. Two excellent schools are nearby, Gopal Garden School and Shree Shree Ramshinka School. Waste is collected on time, ensuring the society remains clean. Public transport is easily accessible. Since the society is near the main road, buses and autos are readily available. The society has a garden and play area.
