Good things here

The atmosphere in the society is excellent, and it's very well-maintained. Despite being outside the city, the metro stations offer easy access without the congestion typical of urban areas. The proximity to the Pune highway ensures everything is conveniently reachable from the society. Having an Ikea shopping mall within a 50-meter radius adds to the convenience. The business quality is exceptional, and the builder has executed everything excellently. Amenities are not only valuable but also maintained very well. With a land area of 1. 5 acres, there's plenty of greenery and free space around the society. Nearby hospitals within a 500-meter radius are extremely convenient. Public transportation is readily available in front of the society, and there are even buses available inside. The presence of a national public school nearby adds to the convenience. Overall, the project is excellent, and the maintenance ensures everything remains in top-notch condition. read more

Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily available if we book through Ola and Uber. People here are very friendly and respectful. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all of which are well-maintained. The greenery throughout the society is very pleasant. Everything is accessible, making life very convenient. Overall maintenance in the society is very good. Hospitals are nearby, around 2-3 kilometers from the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, clinics, medical shops, banks, and ATMs are all available within walking distance, which is very convenient. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance is expensive in the society nowadays because of water scarcity; there is no borewell in the society. Parking is congested in the basement, and there is limited visitor parking as well. read more
