The construction quality is commendable, with no reported issues of leakages or seepages in the buildings. Residents are known for being friendly and respectful, fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the society. Hospitals are conveniently located within a walkable distance, approximately 300 meters away, and metro stations are also conveniently situated just 200 meters from the society. Additionally, there is a designated visitor parking area available within the society premises. Residents enjoy celebrating every festival together, fostering a sense of family. The water facility is excellent, with uninterrupted availability 24/7, and there's also reliable power backup. read more

High Maintenance charges and the congested parking situation in the city presents challenges for residents. Unfortunately, there are reported cracks on the walls of buildings due to poor construction quality within the society. Furthermore, ongoing metro construction in the city is exacerbating traffic issues, making commuting more difficult for residents. read more

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. Public transportation like buses are available within 200 meters from the society, which is convenient. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. There is a ring road near the society, so transportation access is very good, and there is no pollution around the society. Facilities like grocery stores, medical shops, tea shops, and small restaurants are available between 100-200 meters from the society, which is very convenient. read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance of power backup is not good in the society; it is only available between 6 pm to 6 am, which is very inconvenient. There are no available facilities during the daytime. Maintenance charges are high in the society. Parking areas are congested; there is no visitor parking in the society, so visitors have to park in the garden area. read more
