Good things here

I am very satisfied with the living conditions here. The cleanliness is quite good, and garbage is picked up on time, which helps maintain a pleasant environment. Transportation is very convenient with autos and cabs easily available whenever needed. The location is fantastic, with schools and colleges nearby, including an engineering college right next to our house, making it extremely convenient for students. We have no construction or termite issues. The amenities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a spacious play area for children. The peaceful and friendly neighbors add to the charm of our society, as we often socialize and enjoy each other's company. read more

There are a few areas that could use improvement. While the overall cleanliness is decent and garbage is picked up on time, the play area for kids is quite small. Our water facilities are excellent, ensuring a reliable supply to tanks and other amenities. Power backup is in place to maintain uninterrupted electricity supply. Garbage collection is efficiently conducted on a daily basis. The cleanliness standards in our society are exceptional, with cleaning performed twice a day, providing a very convenient environment for residents. Security measures are robust, ensuring safety even during nighttime hours. Nearby facilities such as grocery shops and supermarkets are within walking distance, adding to the convenience and comfort of living in our community. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive at 10,400 rupees for three months. Public transportation, like buses, is about 1 km away from the society, which is inconvenient. The non-functional borewell adds to residents' inconvenience. read more
