Good things here

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and power backups are also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in an organized and efficient manner. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained. We can celebrate various festivals like Ram Navami and Krishna Janmashtami. Metro stations are conveniently located near the society, within 500 meters, making transportation very convenient. Public transportation, including buses, is available within 500 meters from the society, adding to the convenience. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There is also a party hall within the society, which is very convenient. A manipal hospital is nearby, around 2-3 kilometers from the society. The greenery in the society is very good and well-maintained. Overall, maintenance charges are reasonable, ensuring a pleasant living environment. read more

Construction quality is not good as the buildings are around 10 years old. There are some external issues in the society, which are very inconvenient, such as plumbing problems. The flush water system is not good in the bathrooms, and there is a bad smell when using the flush, which is quite inconvenient. read more

Nearby hospitals within 2 km provide easy access to healthcare services. Additionally, repainting is scheduled every 5 years, ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our society. read more

The maintenance charges in our society are quite expensive, which can be a concern for residents. Additionally, heavy traffic flow near the society and surrounding areas adds to the inconvenience, impacting daily commuting and accessibility. read more

Good things here

It is well maintained and cleaned society. The ventilation is great, no issues like seepage, leakage etc. Basic amenities are available like Gym (it's small but good), swimming pool(sometime it has cleanlinessissues but is resolved), clubhouse (it is great). People are friendly and nice here. There is a small grocery shop here which is sufficient for us. We have a rxdx hospital here as well, and Phoenix mall is nearly 2. 5km from here. Overall it is a good livelihood. read more

The connectivity is an issue here, no autos are available here I have to book uber always. The bus stand is a bit far like 1. 5km from here so connectivity is a bit problematic here. read more
