Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if booked through Ola and Uber. Maintenance is well-managed in the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Greenery is well-maintained in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Parking areas are spacious in the society. There is a visitor parking area in the society. Recently, the building has upgraded its facilities. Overall, maintenance is very good in the society. People are very friendly and accommodating in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The swimming pool's maintenance is not good; it's often poorly maintained, with even the tiles not being cleaned regularly. Public transportation stops are available but quite far, around 2 kilometers away. The metro station is very inconveniently located far from the society. read more

Garbage collection is efficient with daily separate collection of wet and dry waste. Security measures are very good with active CCTV surveillance. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are well-organized. There is a sense of security with manned gates. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. read more

Construction quality is not good; there are several instances of seepage in the society, which is very inconvenient. There are insufficient parking facilities. Public transportation is available but not very convenient, with a bus stop within 1 km from the society. Hospitals are nearby, approximately 2-3 km away. read more

This is great society with loving people. In front of our apartment you will get Udupi, VIBGYOR school, MKR sports complex, Beauty parlor, GYM., Vegetable shop, Bakery and Grocery shop and FF21. In 200 mtrs you will get JIAN Gyaanoday Mandir, multiple vegetable shops, Medical shops, clinics, parlor, eateries and many more. read more

Things need improvement

Nothing to dislike. Everything is fine. Only one thing is there, you might get traffic on weekends. Not always though. On positive side if you see, there is a good connectivity towards Varthur, panathur, Sarjapur and Marathahalli. We do not have squash court. read more

The place is good to live. It is a neat and clean and a safe place to live in. The shopping complex is nearby here. the place is fantastic, neighbors are friendly. If we have any issue it is well addressed by the management here. No leakage or seepage or any maintenance issues. There is gym, clubhouse area with membership all is available here. I would give the connectivity 3 out of 4 stars because of the traffic. Traffic is so problematic here. Apart form this the place is good to live, no problem with anything. Greenery is here, ventilation is here, all good. read more
