Good things here

Connectivity in the city is excellent. The residents are respectful and courteous. Festival celebrations are limited to August 15th and January 26th. Amenities are adequate in the city. Cabs and Uber are accessible within the society when booked through Ola. Water facilities are available within the society, and the construction quality is very good, with minimal issues of leakages and seepages. Parking is sufficient, with dedicated slots available. Essential services such as civic, postal, and medical services are conveniently located within walking distance from the city. read more

Things need improvement

Public transportation, such as buses, is not available within a three to four-kilometer radius from the city. The metro station is also located around three kilometers away from the city. The absence of school transportation services adds to the inconvenience faced by residents. read more

Water availability is very good, 24/7, in the society. Power backup is also available 24/7. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious. Facilities like markets and vegetable markets within the society are very convenient. read more

Construction quality is good, but there are some seepage issues in some flats, which is inconvenient. The building is around 10 years old but hasn't undergone any repainting. Hospitals are available around 5 kilometers away from the society; however, having a hospital nearer would be more convenient for the residents. read more
