The road conditions around the society are excellent, with street lights functioning properly at night. Regular garbage collection is carried out by the society, and proper parking space is allocated to all residents. Public transport is often unavailable, necessitating the use of personal vehicles. Elevator maintenance is inconsistent, impacting functionality. The buildings have aged, leading to frequent seepage and leakage issues. Cleanliness requires improvement, and security concerns include stray dogs and pet-related incidents. Local transport is not easily available from the society; residents need to go to the main road. There are significant issues with leakage and seepage in the flat. Although all modern amenities are present, they are not maintained at all. The residents frequently quarrel. The lifts are not maintained, and there is a drainage issue in the parking area, causing water to accumulate during the rainy season. read more
