Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. Water facilities are excellent, comparable to other apartments. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. The cleaning of the society is very good. There is a visitors parking area in the society, which can accommodate 10-15 cars. Security in the society is top-notch. People are very friendly and cooperative. Schools nearby the society are convenient. Hospitals are also available within a kilometer from the society. read more

Things need improvement

Amenities like swimming pool, club house, and gym are not available in A-block; they are only available in B-block. These amenities have been pending construction for the last 7 years, and the builder has not taken any action to address them in A-block. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Due to ongoing water issues in Bangalore, maintenance charges may increase. Construction quality is poor; there are some cracks on the walls of the building. read more

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the location was excellent as it is situated at the center of the city, with all necessities such as vegetables, fruits, and groceries easily accessible within walking distance. Hospitals and schools are also conveniently located within a 2km radius of the society. The amenities within the society are commendable, including ample parking space, a swimming pool, and outdoor play areas. The maintenance of society is efficient, with regular garbage collection and disposal, as well as 24/7 water supply. Additionally, the maintenance charges are reasonable. The buildings within the society are new and well-constructed, devoid of any issues related to construction. read more
