Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, football courts, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained within the society. Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily accessible if booked through services like Ola and Uber. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Additionally, there is a mini function hall within the society for hosting various events. Parking areas are spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Residents can celebrate various festivals within the society, including Ugadi, Eid, Christmas, Ganesh Navaratri, Dandiya, and Holi, making the community life enjoyable and vibrant. read more

The maintenance charges within the society are indeed expensive. Public transportation options, like buses, are quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Within 1 km, there's a hypermarket, grocery stores, a hotel, medical shops, good road conditions, and street lights. We also have ample parking space, and in terms of construction, there are no leakage issues. The rooms are well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. read more

Ventilation is excellent, due to well-designed windows. Connectivity is exceptional, with a thoroughfare just behind the society. Hospitals, supermarkets, and various shops are conveniently located within a 1 to 2 km radius. Maintenance standards are excellent, with no complaints regarding cleaning and garbage collection services. Water supply is reliable, and the committee members are responsive to resident issues. Monthly maintenance charges range from Rs. 2. 5 to 3 per square foot. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, play areas, 24/7 security, and ample parking are well maintained and undergo regular cleaning. read more

The only drawback of this society is that while residents are allowed to have pets, there is no designated pet space or park available within the community. read more
