The clubhouse in the user's society is well-functioning and maintained very well. Maintenance-wise, it is excellent, with thorough cleaning of floors and timely garbage collection every day. The water and power supply are reliable, and the lift is well-functioning. The location is 3 km from the Mall of Asia, with nearby hospitals, bus stops, grocery stores, and schools. The roads are in good condition with functional street lights and ample parking space. Additionally, they segregate waste weekly and collect garbage daily. Amenities include indoor and outdoor games, table tennis, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a children's play area, and a walking track. read more
