The roads are in excellent condition, and the connectivity is great, making commuting very convenient. The maintenance team is efficient and responsive, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. The society offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, and clubhouse, which are well-maintained. Additionally, the community is friendly and welcoming. read more

Things need improvement

While the society has many positive aspects, there are significant issues that need addressing. The sewage treatment plant (STP) is not functioning properly, causing frequent leakage problems in the building. This ongoing issue creates an unpleasant and unsanitary living environment. Additionally, the leakage problems are not only inconvenient but also pose potential health risks and damage to the property. read more

Good things here

The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is reliable with CCTV in place, and parking, including guest parking, is ample and convenient. There are no problems with stray dogs. Connectivity is great with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is handled very well, with regular cleaning and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the walls. The amenities, like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, meet all my needs. read more

There is nothing to dislike about living here. I am very satisfied with this place. I don�t want anything extra in the society as everything is good here. read more

Clubhouse , gym, park are available but haven't been handed over to owners , mosquitos are there in rainy season mostly , actions have been taken to resolve issues regarding mosquitos , there is internal associations for solving these issues, no other issues. read more
