Good connectivity with autos and cabs available, central location, amenities including park, tennis court, basketball court are available, reliable water and electricity supply, friendly community , no leakage , seepage in the building, good ventilation, good security and parking facilities. read more

Clubhouse is there , but its not well maintained , there are some issues with it which needs to be resolved so that people in the society can use it . No other major issues in the society. read more
