Location-wise, there is a bus stop and supermarkets within 200 meters, and schools and hospitals are 1 km away. The road quality is good, and street lights are working. Ample parking spaces are available. Amenities include a cricket pitch, skating ground, football court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, and children's play area. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and garbage collection. The power supply is reliable, and the lifts are well-maintained. Construction is solid, with no leakage issues.
