Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and party hall. Construction-wise, there are no wall leakages, ensuring good ventilation in our rooms. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and maintained well in the society. There is a local train station nearby which is very convenient. Metro stations are available within 1 km. Connectivity with Uber and Ola is available easily if we book. Water facilities are very good, with 24/7 power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues in this old building for over 10 years. read more
