The greenery is good, with many surrounding trees, and I enjoy evening walks that cover all towers. Location-wise, within 500 meters, there are bus stops, schools, hospitals, and ATMs. The road condition is now good, and street lights are present. Amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a party hall. Maintenance is proper, with timely cleaning and garbage collection. There are no issues with water or power supply, and the lift is well-functioning and secure. Construction-wise, it�s good, with well-ventilated rooms. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative. read more

Connectivity is not good in the area; cabs and auto-rickshaws are not readily available, which makes it very inconvenient for booking online. Maintenance charges are expensive, at around 3 rupees per square foot that we are paying in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is not available in the area, which is very inconvenient. read more
