Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is very convenient, especially if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. The swimming pool is closed due to water issues; the swimming pool's cleanliness is not maintained well in the society. There is no table tennis, badminton courts, or cricket nets available in the city. Hospital parking is far away, approximately 3-4 kilometers, which is very inconvenient. Construction quality is very poor, and there are a lot of cracks in the streets, making it very inconvenient. read more

I've seen significant improvements since my time living in this society. The area has developed tremendously, with much-improved connectivity, making it easier to access transportation and nearby markets. The garbage collection and cleanliness was regularly done with proper seggregation of wet and dry waste. The amenities were there like a gym, swimming pool and club house. The neighbors are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, creating a supportive community atmosphere that enhances the living experience. read more

During my stay, I encountered some challenges. The construction quality was below average, with frequent seepage issues in the apartments, which was quite inconvenient. While amenities were present, they were only satisfactory and could be improved to better serve the residents. read more

Autos are available 500 meters from the society. There are no leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The society has all basic amenities, and they are well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated together. Maintenance charges are justified. The roads near the society are well-maintained, and there is enough greenery. The lifts are well-maintained, and there is no traffic near the society. read more

Near the society, there is no bus stand; it is 1 km away. The metro station is also not nearby. The construction quality in the society is not good; some flats have cracks, but the walls are strong. read more
