Good road quality and proper street lighting contribute to a comfortable and safe environment. The flats' excellent ventilation and high construction standards speak to the attention to detail and quality of the housing. It's reassuring to hear that there were no issues with leakages, indicating the thoroughness of construction. The range of amenities provided, from the gym and swimming pool to the clubhouse and basketball court, offer ample opportunities for recreation and socializing. Additionally, amenities like the community hall, kids' play area, and garden enhance the sense of community and provide spaces for various activities. The atmosphere is very sociable, and there's a calm area within the society. There is plenty of walking space, particularly peaceful in the evenings. Maintenance is very good; security is also efficient, with patrols active both in the morning and evening, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. There is also a hospital available within 2 kilometers for emergencies. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7 in the society, and there is a water borewell in the society as well. Power backup is available 24/7 in the society. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available, making it very convenient for residents. read more

Things need improvement

Public transportation is available around 1-2 kilometers from the society. Maintenance of lifts is not satisfactory; lifts often require repairs. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5,500 rupees in the society. Sometimes, streetlights are not working properly, which poses a safety concern. Garbage collection is not efficient; some residents throw waste on the streets, which is very inconvenient. The government should take action on this matter. Drainage cleaning is also inadequate in the society; the drainage water on the roads is very bad, especially around 300 meters from the society. read more

With plenty of trees around, the air is fresh, creating a pleasant environment. Community life thrives here, with ample space for walking and engaging in activities. Unfortunately, pollution from the nearby main road affects the area outside the society. Additionally, maintenance charges in the city are on the pricier side. Parking can be a bit congested, and there's limited space for visitor parking as well. read more

The connectivity of our society is excellent, being near the main road and having convenient access to a petrol bunk, school, supermarkets, and vegetable markets all within 500 meters. The quality of the road is good, and street lights ensure safety at night. We're fortunate to have ample parking space, and the residents are friendly and cooperative, often coming together to celebrate various festivals like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Diwali, Holi, New Year, and Ganesh Nimajan. Maintenance-wise, we have daily cleaning, regular garbage collection, and weekly segregation efforts to keep our surroundings clean. With 24/7 water and power availability, as well as amenities like a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, kids play area, walking track, and party hall, there's always something to enjoy within the community. read more
