Good things here

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Cabs and autos are also available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. There is an IT company near the society, and hospitals are available within 1 kilometer from the society, which is very convenient. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect both wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is also a spacious visitors' parking area in the society. Ventilation of the flats is very good in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are some seepage issues in bathrooms, and the flush water is not good. The flush water emits a very bad smell, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation is far from the city, around 1 kilometer, which is very inconvenient. read more

This society is not a high-end one, but it boasts all the essential facilities and maintenance services are well-functioning without any interruptions, due to the competent maintenance staff on-site. Residents do not need to rely on external workers for tasks such as electrical and plumbing repairs. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with a nearby Manyata IT company, schools, and markets all within a 1km radius. Transportation options like cabs are easily accessible. Security guards are stationed 24/7 to ensure residents' safety. Basic amenities include a gym and well-maintained play areas for children. Approximately 250 families call this community home, and the atmosphere is friendly, with residents celebrating Hindu festivals together. The construction is a bit older but no issues with its quality. read more

In the past two years since I moved out, there haven't been any public transportation options near the society. In recent days, the rent has increased significantly. read more

The construction quality in the society leaves much to be desired, with reported issues affecting the swimming pools and causing disturbances from construction sounds during repairs. While public transportation is easily accessible around 2 meters away, the metro station is inconveniently located approximately 1. 7 kilometers away. However, the maintenance experience is excellent, despite the relatively high quarterly fee of around 11,000 rupees. read more

Public transportation like buses is also available within 200 meters from the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is available within a walkable distance, and they are also available on the main road of the society. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society.
