The construction quality of the residential complex was really top-notch, which made me feel secure and confident about where I was living. The apartments were spacious and well-designed, which meant there was plenty of natural light and fresh air, making it a comfortable place to be. Plus, the amenities like the pool, fitness center, and gardens were all really nice and made it easy for people of all ages to enjoy themselves. And being close to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls was really convenient too. read more

The amenities weren't up to par, and the lack of maintenance meant that cleanliness and hygiene standards weren't being met. The management team didn't respond well to residents' concerns, which was frustrating. Plus, the security measures weren't sufficient, which made me worry about safety while living there. read more
