Good things here

The people here are very nice, friendly, and cooperative towards each other. There is a dedicated kids' area with various swings and amenities. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no ventilation issues. All amenities such as gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The residents are also very cooperative. Parking is not an issue, which is a big plus. The lifts also work properly. Overall, it sounds like a well-functioning and pleasant place to live! read more

Things need improvement

The main issues here are the poor quality of water, which increases the chances of skin diseases among residents. Additionally, the roads are not in good condition, and sometimes there are ventilation problems. Salty water is also a recurring issue. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. There is no seepage, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. CCTV cameras and security services are available, and the people are friendly. Garbage is disposed of daily in the morning in a segregated manner, and the society is well-planted. read more

There could be more plantation to enhance the greenery. Although Q block has only 3 and 4 floors, having only one elevator can sometimes be insufficient. read more
