Good things here

The water facility here is top-notch, always reliable day or night. Getting around is a breeze with plenty of cabs and autos, especially if you book through Ola or Uber. Having hospitals within a kilometer is a huge relief for emergencies. Plus, we never have to worry about power outages thanks to the backup system. Though maintenance charges can be a bit steep, the garbage collection service is excellent, with daily pickups like clockwork. And when it comes to amenities, they really shine � the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are all well-kept and enjoyable for everyone in the community. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with frequent leakage and seepage problems, particularly in bedrooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, public transportation options like buses are virtually non-existent, and even when available, they're quite far from the society. To make matters worse, the roads within the society are in poor condition, riddled with cracks that make navigating them a challenge. read more

Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is also very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Roads are very poor in the society. Public transportation like buses is available but far from the society, within a distance of about 2 kilometers. read more
