Good things here

The maintenance of the society is very good, with cleanliness both inside and outside being very well-maintained, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. Security is also very good; the security guards are active, and there is active surveillance throughout the society. Parking areas are spacious, providing ample space for residents and visitors alike. Connectivity is also very good, with cabs and autos easily available if we book through Ola and Uber. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is systematic and efficient, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, contributing to a clean environment. People are very respectful and approachable in the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Maintenance charges are reasonable, ensuring good value for the services provided. read more

Construction quality is poor; there are some external cracks on the walls, which is very concerning. Maintenance charges are expensive, making it inconvenient. Roads are not in good condition, affecting accessibility. read more
