The society has strict security measures, with guards stationed 24/7 in every sector. Water supply is reliable, available round the clock, and there's also power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate bins for wet and dry waste. Flats have excellent ventilation. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis facilities are available and well-maintained. read more

Autos are not available within the society premises, requiring a 1 km walk to find them, which is inconvenient. The construction quality is subpar, with issues like leakage, seepage, and gaps in the doors, as well as tiles coming off the floor, which adds to the inconvenience.
