Good things here

I really appreciate how nicely our common area is kept up. Our location is super convenient too, just 2 km from the bus stop, supermarket, school, and gas station. The roads are in good shape and well-lit at night. Plus, we've got awesome amenities like ping pong, basketball, a gym, clubhouse, pool, playground, party hall, and walking path that really make our community special. Maintenance is top-notch with regular cleaning and garbage pickup. The elevator works smoothly, and we never have issues with water. And to top it off, the people here are fantastic! read more

Things need improvement

We occasionally face power backup issues in our community, which can be quite inconvenient during outages. There's a definite need for improvements in our power backup systems to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply for all residents. read more

I had booked a flat in SJR Hamilton and my experience with the team was the worst. The management and sales team has delayed the handover for quite a lot of time. They and not professional and couldn't provide the pricing details. The apartments are totally expensive and the quality of the construction is worst. The work is still pending and they have not taken any initiatives for the same. I would request everyone to please check other projects in this area and not go for this as they are unprofessional. read more
