Water availability is very good in the society compared to other apartments. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like kids' play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available and well-maintained in the society. Overall maintenance is very good in the society. read more

Hospitals are available around 4-5 kilometers away from the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro station near the society, and there is no visitor parking area in the society. Construction quality is not good; there are external cracks in the building. read more
