The locality was convenient, with easy access to essentials and local transportation, thanks to its proximity to the highway. Nearby schools, hospitals, restaurants, and malls added to the convenience. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained as routine practices, with regular mopping, sweeping, and garbage collection. Safety measures were in place, with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance in all areas. Despite some drawbacks, such as the lack of certain amenities, the overall experience in the society was average�but�good. read more

Things need improvement

The lack of a nearby metro and the distance of the railway station, about 8 km away, make public transport difficult to access. The frequency of buses from the nearest bus stop is insufficient, requiring reliance on personal vehicles or local transport like autos and cabs. The build quality of the society is subpar, with construction defects leading to leakage problems and restrictions on drilling into walls due to poor quality. Timely renovations and maintenance were lacking, resulting in overall poor maintenance standards. Due to these maintenance issues, amenities in the society were limited. Things need improvement

The maintenance services of the society are very poor. Firstly, the maintenance charges are excessively high, yet not all services are provided as promised. For instance, even though parking is allotted, residents still have to pay separately for parking. Additionally, all the amenities available require separate payments. Furthermore, there are stray dogs roaming around the society, causing problems such as endangering children, yet no legal action is taken against them. Besides, there are water scarcity issues, with just a notification of a two-day water shortage causing significant inconvenience. The construction quality is also subpar, especially inside the flats. Moreover, there are no celebrations of festivals or community events, and there's a lack of social cohesion among�the�residents. read more
