Good things here

Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and kids' play area. These are available and well-maintained within the society. Maintenance care is reasonable. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or dampness. Parking areas are very spacious in the society, and there is visitor parking available. The greenery in the society is very good, and pets are allowed. The metro is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Hospitals are available within 1 kilometer, making medical facilities easily accessible. Connectivity like cabs and auto-rickshaws is readily available if we book Ola or Uber in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Water quality is not good in the society because the water comes from tankers, resulting in very poor quality. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic outside the society. read more

The people are well-educated and friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity is good, with a petrol bunk, ATMs, bus stop, and supermarkets within 2 km. The road quality is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance is excellent, with well-cleaned floors and timely garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift is functioning well. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children�s play area, and community hall. Construction quality is high, with good ventilation in all rooms. read more

The children's play area in the society needs improvement. Upgrading the equipment and ensuring better safety measures would enhance the experience for kids and provide a more enjoyable play environment. read more

Connectivity is very convenient as cabs and autos are available easily. Water facilities are very good; the society relies on bore wells, ensuring a steady water supply. Power backups are available, and they rarely fail, ensuring uninterrupted supply. However, for the past two months, there have been issues with the water supply due to problems with the bore wells. Construction quality is inconsistent. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and table tennis are available and well-maintained, making life enjoyable. read more

Good things here

I appreciate the good connectivity, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. There is a market nearby, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. We have regular electricity and water supply. The gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. read more

Things need improvement

The garbage collection is very poor, especially because they do not collect garbage from broken bins, which is frustrating. Other than that, everything is great here, and there are no other issues at all. read more

Good things here

The maintenance staff in the society is efficient and keeps the hygiene well-maintained. All the flats in the society get enough sunlight and have good ventilation. There were leakage and seepage issues initially, but they have been resolved. Autos are easily available from the society. The society has all modern amenities, and the residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The water supply from the government in the society is not reliable, and there is a borewell as well but, during summers, there are water crises, so we have to call for tankers in the society. The bus and metro station are 1 km away from the society. read more
